Le Castell occupe un point de vue dominant au-dessus de Zuoz. Castell est un lieu de rencontre pour des personnes aux styles de vie contrastés. Les 68 chambres modernes sont décorées individuellement et avec goût. La moitié d'entre elles ont été réalisées par le studio de l'ONU à Amsterdam et l'autre moitié par l'architecte engadinois Hans-Jörg Ruch.
