Cette structure a été utilisée comme bureau gouvernemental du village d'Adatepe au XIXe siècle et, après restauration, elle est mise en service en 2001 par Hunnap Han. À Hunnap Han Palmiye à Çanakkale, il y a 8 chambres, un café avec cheminée et une salle de réunion pour 50 personnes. Il tire son nom des palmiers géants vieux de 120 ans. Les chambres sont décorées dans un style traditionnel et offrent une vue sur le mont Kaz et le golfe d'Edremit.
