Das Restaurant El Higueron befindet sich in der Carretera Benalmadena - Mijas Km.3,100, Fuengirola, Malaga. Alles begann 1989 als kleines Restaurant nur für 40 Personen und heute servieren wir 200 Gäste mit der Exklusivität, die sie verdienen. Über El Higueron zu sprechen bedeutet, über Versuchungen, Servicebereitschaft und Innovation zu sprechen, ohne die Wurzeln und Raffinesse zu verlieren.
