We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace across all levels of our organization. While we are currently in the early stages of formalizing our DE&I strategy, we have initiated internal awareness efforts, including inclusive recruitment practices, unconscious bias training, and the creation of safe forums for employee feedback.
