Meet chef Daniel: A Culinary Evolution Chef Daniel journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where his passion for fresh, quality ingredients was first sparked. From that day forward, his philosophy has remained simple yet powerful: always start with the freshest ingredients. In 2004, chef Daniel launched Granny’s Golden Oven across from a hospital, offering health-conscious meals that quickly gained popularity among the staff. His dedication to quality earned him a decade-long partnership with the Military, providing nutritious lunches for recruits five days a week. Eager to expand his horizons, chef Daniel ventured into fine dining, collaborating with top-tier caterers and executive chefs. He later completed his degree in culinary arts, blending tradition with modern innovation—all while staying true to his foundational principle of using the freshest ingredients.
