A short distance from our hotel you can discover Ghent’s rich cultural settings. Pay a visit to the 3 towers of Ghent or the medieval castle Gravensteen. With its charming alleys and diversity in shops, Ghent is also a city to shop till you drop. In Hotel Castel’s own Beer House Castel you can taste over 80 kinds of beer. Companies and organizations can plan seminars up to 20 people at the hotel. Our conference room is at your disposal.

We endeavor to build touristic scavenger hunts that mix easy and tough challenges, that are family friendly and fun. Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting.
Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
Simple And Fun
Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
