Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is in the west end of Glasgow. It is easy to reach the museum on public transport from the city centre. Kelvingrove has 22 themed, state-of-the-art galleries displaying an astonishing 8000 objects. When visiting Kelvingrove you can enjoy its cafés and shops. You can also make use of its Study Centre and Library to find out more about Glasgow Museums’ collections and carry out research online. The recently refurbished Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum offers discerning clients one of the City’s most spectacular settings for lavish receptions, banquets, gala dinners, product launches and fashion shows. The gallery also offers a conference room, located on the lower ground floor and can accommodate up to100 guests. The Centre Hall can seat up to 500 dining guests and up to 1000 for a drinks reception. Guests can enjoy a magnificent combination of culture and fine cuisine while seated beneath the exquisite vaulted ceiling and ornate chandeliers. The Museum’s magnificent collection can also be viewed by guests during an evening event. There are two venue hire spaces available at Kelvingrove: The Centre Hall, and East and West Balconies, and the Kg Café.
