Facility Restrictions

For meetings, we can facilitate up to 20 individuals boardroom style. For incentive travel, we can have approximately 50 day spa guests and 50 overnight guests (depending on room occupancy). We are on over 400 acres, so we can have outdoor meetings (under a tent) that can be larger, and team building activities can take place on the property, in or outside. Most of our meeting spaces have SMARTboard technology, and meeting space is always included in your package, as is any audiovisual equipment. Four meals per day are included (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner) and there are private dining options available. A $120 spa allowance is included in every package, that can be used towards spa services, wellness classes, team building activities or group gifts.

Relaxation and Recreation are a part of our spa’s DNA. Fitting in an extracurricular activity during your meeting is easy, with so many options to choose from – we’re sure to have something to meet your group’s needs. Fieldstone Grotto This year-round facility features a hot tub, a plunge pool for cooling down and a lap pool where you can swim against a current. Eucalytus Steam Room This steam room is infused with eucalyptus (pure essential oil) which can be helpful in relieving many respiratory symptoms. The eucalyptus is dispensed automatically. Outdoor pool Our outdoor pool is heated and filled with fresh spring water from the property. It is Olympic-sized so enjoy a leisurely dip or incorporate a few laps into your schedule. Tennis court We’re pleased to offer guests an outdoor Har-Tru tennis court for use during their stay. Hiking trails Ste. Anne’s Spa is located on the northern end of a 400 acre property that is rich in natural diversity and geography. Over 30 Km of marked trails await you. Golf We partner with Shelter Valley Pines Golf Course - Ontarios finest mid-length 18 hole course. Guests can enjoy 18 holes with a cart and boxed lunch, or if time does not allow, 9 holes with cart. Only 5 minutes away, our spa and wellness allowance can be used towards a round. Fitness centre Enjoy a rejuvenating workout or swim at Maison Santé. Maison Santé is equipped with an outdoor endless pool with an underwater treadmill, elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bike, rowing machine, inversion table, hoist pin-loaded weights, free weights, dry sauna, outdoor hot tub and big screen TV. Stables Located just 5 minutes from the Main Inn, our stables are a popular destination for our guests. Participate in one of our 4 group equine programs, or simply head down to the stables to visit with our horses. Bring them an apple or give them some of the treats at the stables. Bakery This gluten-free bakery and café features a wide selection of cookies, cakes, breads, jams, chocolates and fruit butters made from products found on Ste. Anne’s property. You’ll also find unique gift ideas and products from local farms such as maple syrup, cheese, soap and handcrafted cutting boards using local and exotic salvaged lumber. The bakery also showcases local fare including naturally raised chicken, pork and beef free of hormones and antibiotics.
