Make sure you start with the Minestrone Soup, a creamy version of the Italian favorite. It's one of the Barbieri's most treasured recipes and their most popular meal starter. The Barbieris have loaded every dish they serve with the passion and pizzazz handed down to them from their grandfather to their father and now to them. Their training started at the elbow of their grandfather and father and cultivated to the level of excellence it is today.
