we are a historic building and so there are a few handicap restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel for any reason, we do require a 48 hour notice. Notice should be given by calling 740.587.0001. You will be given a cancellation number for your records. If cancellation notice is not given at least 48 hours prior to date of arrival, a Full Charge per room will be posted to the credit card on file. Reservations that are no-show no-cancel will be responsible for payment of the full reservation. A $50.00 fee will be applied to the credit card on file for room keys not returned to the front desk upon departure. EXCEPTIONS: The following dates require a 30 day cancellation notice. All room blocks, Denison parents weekend, Denison graduation weekend, New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Fourth of July, and Candle light walking Tour.
