About us
Villa Bordoni, a sophisticated country house hotel, nestles in the grey-green hills immediately above the town of Greve, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. This 16th century noble villa commands an extraordinary vantage point over the unspoiled Chianti hills and their biblical landscape of vineyards, terraced olive groves and forest. The hotel comprises 10 bedrooms and suites, each named after the particular vineyard, Chianti peak or castle it looks towards. All are furnished with flair and originality, and above all else with great attention to detail, by the Florentine interior designer Riccardo Barthel. When creating Villa Bordoni, it was only natural that we would choose to shape our small Chianti corner so as to make it an ideal venue for intimate weddings and celebrations. We have been organizing weddings of all sizes since our very opening in March 2006, making each a unique, personalized experience - both for us and for our guests.
