Concessions are valid for all qualifying Meetings & Incentives groups from all markets and are available at all Impression by Secrets resorts, Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun, Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and Sunscape Resorts & Spas, excluding properties in Europe. The Diamond Advantages program is not applicable to buyout groups. Entire program, including all concessions, are subject to availability and can be closed out at any time. Unless otherwise noted, concessions are only available during program dates and are not redeemable during a later stay. Blackout dates and additional restrictions to those outlined below may apply and vary by resort. The Diamond Level will be based on the projected contract value when the contract is signed, and deposit is collected. Applicable to room revenue only, does not include events or incidentals, even if paid by company directly to the hotel. If qualifying Diamond Concessions fall above or below the original contracted Diamond Level, concessions must be revised by the hotel.
