All events are subject to Hilton policies and hotel operating guidelines. Outside food and beverage are not permitted. All décor, audiovisual equipment and production elements must be approved in advance by the hotel. The use of nails, screws, tape, confetti, glitter, open flames, fog machines or pyrotechnics is not allowed. Set-up and tear-down must take place within the contracted event times. The hotel reserves the right to require proof of liability insurance for external vendors. The client will be responsible for any damages to the facilities, equipment or furnishings, as well as for any extraordinary cleaning required as a result of the event.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
