The William Bray, a recently renovated, contemporary British bar and restaurant in the heart of Shere, one of Surrey’s prettiest villages, situated just off the A25 between Dorking and Guildford. We are open between 11am and 11pm every day of the week, offering classic British cooking in a modern setting with a traditional bar, attractive garden and terrace overlooking the village. The Monaco Room is newly refurbished and beautifully designed to complement the restaurant below. It will seat up to 14 and is available to book for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Discretely hidden away from view and accessed by it's own private entrance it is nonetheless very much part of The William Bray. The Monaco Room can also be used for meetings. The Bray Restaurant can also be hired for private events and can cater for 45 guests dining or up to 100 in buffet style. Our team are delighted to design creatively styled events and menus to help make your occasion truly special.
