Over ons

Onze moderne kantoorunits, werkstations, virtuele kantoren, co-working spaces en evenementenlocaties in het hart van Hamburg bieden flexibele oplossingen voor uw bedrijf. Van 15 m² tot meer dan 350 m² bieden wij verschillende ruimtes om aan uw behoeften te voldoen. Onze gemeenschappelijke ruimte op de begane grond met receptie, lounge, keuken en co-working area is beschikbaar voor alle klanten en biedt de perfecte gelegenheid om zowel privé als professioneel te netwerken. Om dit te ondersteunen bieden we ook verschillende community-evenementen aan, zoals een tafeltennistoernooi, dartwedstrijden en zelfs kerstfeestjes. In de keuken voorzien we onze klanten van verschillende soorten koffie, thee, frisdranken en snacks. Andere gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en conferentiefaciliteiten bevinden zich op de vierde verdieping. Barrièrevrije toegang is hier ook mogelijk dankzij onze liften. Conferentie- en vergaderzalen kunnen op afspraak worden gebruikt door zowel huurders als externe klanten. We hebben een selectie van verschillende kamers die geschikt zijn voor maximaal 5 personen en plaats bieden aan maximaal 199 gasten. Afhankelijk van de vereisten kunnen we een breed scala aan drankjes, technische apparatuur en catering op maat organiseren. Daarnaast beschikken de kantoren over een zeer moderne IT-infrastructuur (500 MBit) en toegang tot printers en kopieerapparaten, projectoren en andere apparatuur. Als je een permanente kantoorruimte wilt huren, kun je je eigen meubilair meenemen of ons bestaande meubilair gebruiken. Onze lichte kamers bieden een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en de Michel en zijn vaak uitgerust met (draagbare) projectoren of televisies en kunnen naar wens worden aangepast. Onze professionele podcaststudio is ook altijd voor u beschikbaar. We bevinden ons tegenover de St Michaelis-kerk, een van de bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Talrijke coffeeshops, restaurants en winkels voor de dagelijkse boodschappen bevinden zich in de directe omgeving en de reguliere wekelijkse markt biedt de nodige alternatieven voor een pauze. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op korte loopafstand. De Reeperbahn, Habor, het stadhuis en de concertzaal Elbphilharmonie zijn allemaal gemakkelijk te bereiken. De Wallanalgen en Planten un Bloomen bieden een uitgebreid binnenstedelijk parkgebied voor uw gewenste ontspanning.
