The Copt Hill Bar & Restaurant occupies a fantastic position on the Seaham Road, just outside of Houghton-Le-Spring. The restaurant has a private room for up to 80 delegates which makes it perfect for training, meetings, launches and other events. Our location is also one of our best attributes, as we are situated right between Durham and Sunderland, only a few minutes’ drive from Doxford International Business Park. If you are planning a business conference or meeting, we are right on your doorstep. Seaham, Herrington, Silksworth, Doxford Park, Hetton, Houghton and Rainton are also only a walk away. The Copt Hill team pride ourselves on delivering the most fantastic parties, business conferences, wedding parties, christenings and so on, which is why people return time and time again.
