Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night room and tax charge. Entire stay of room and tax penalty will apply on all non-refundable rates if cancelled.

Terms and Conditions Rate Policies: Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room (except for Triple and Quad room categories) Rates do not include 14.962% Check in/out Policies: Check in 3:00 pm – Check out 11:00 am Deposit/Credit Card Policies: Deposit of first night room and tax will be processed at time of booking or any time prior to arrival to guarantee reservation. For non-refundable rates, deposit of entire stay room and tax will be processed at time of booking or any time prior to arrival to guarantee reservation. An incidental/security deposit of $100 (payable by credit card) is required at check-in. Guest must present a valid credit card and valid identification matching the credit card upon check-in to cover any remaining balance and incidental charges. Credit card used for deposit must match guest who is checking in. Hotel Fees Policies: Extra Adult: $25 per night plus tax 14.962% Daily Amenity Fee: $19.05 per night plus tax 4.712%. Daily Amenity Fee includes: use of beach amenities, complimentary daily full breakfast buffet for 2, lounge access with complimentary drinks, computer use in lobby, fitness center access, daily newspaper in lobby, local/domestic/800 calls, and weekly activities. No pets allowed Non-smoking rooms only. Rates and hotel fees are subject to change at any time
