The Bayer Estate is ideally located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The City & County of Honolulu, recognizing the uniqueness of the Bayer Estate and the community benefit of public access to it, granted a special permit which allows the commercial use of this historic property for intimate, elegant, home weddings, and other special events. Whether the occasion is an anniversary or birthday celebration, a rehearsal dinner or cocktail party, a lavish "theme party" with friends, an intimate wedding, or a special corporate event - this intimate seaside property gives guests a rare experience of the relaxing "Hawaii of Old" that seems serenely suspended in time at the Bayer Estate.
