CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will be incurred. Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing and followed-up with a phone call. The amount correlating with the day of cancellation will be collected with the credit card on file by Events at IV, LLC. For rescheduling, Events at IV, LLC. must approve of the new date and a new Contract will be drawn up with the rescheduling terms. Greater than 120 days prior to event: Initial 50% Booking Deposit 119-90 days: 50% of total expected revenue 89-30 days: 75% of total expected revenue 29 days or less: 100% of total expected revenue
