Club Quarters Hotel Meeting Rooms Executive Board Room (12 ppl) - Lower Level 390 sq ft (15 x 26 x 8) Rusk Room (up to 30 ppl) 476 sq ft (17 x 28 x 8) Fannin Room (up to 80 ppl) 1036 sq st (37 x 28 x 8) Fannin & Rusk Room (up to 100 ppl) 1512 sq ft (54 x 28 x 8) FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: All food and beverage must be supplied and prepared by Table7 and must be consumed on the premise within the time frame of the event as stated in the Catering Event Order, including alcohol.
