El Aparthotel Martin Alonso Pinzón está situado entre dos faros en la duna de El Picacho y frente a la playa de «El Rompeolas». Esta ubicación privilegiada ofrece a los clientes casi 6 km de hermosa playa a solo 250 metros del hotel. Además, a pocos pasos se encuentra el Puerto Deportivo de Mazagón, que en pocos años ha ocupado un lugar privilegiado para la élite de la navegación a vela en curso y fuera del Mediterráneo. El hotel cuenta con 80 habitaciones, dos de las cuales están adaptadas para sillas de ruedas. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con todo lo necesario para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. El hotel también cuenta con una sala de reuniones.
