Tonic Hotel is a place of uninterrupted relaxation and style, a place you want to be a guest. A stunning spot, the love dale area of Hunter Valley just 2 hours from Sydney with simple modern surroundings and non invasive service. Hotel is small and private - only 8 secluded guest rooms await. 6 stunning big rooms. Style is modern, a definite no chintz zone. Polished concrete floors, timber decks, contemporary decor and fun colour schemes, valley views plus romantic sunsets. It is a fresh alternative for your next party or business event.
