About us
Cracked Pepper Restaurant in Australia's Hunter Valley wine country is located adjacent to Butterflies Gallery and de Iuliis winery. Seasonal menus featuring local produce, organic or sustainably produced wherever possible. Our objective is to be able to trace the source and maintain the quality of all our ingredients. Our passion is to take the very best and provide you, our customers with the best culinary experience in the Hunter. We pride ourselves on being the most aware restaurant in our area on food allergies - most of our dishes are gluten free. Cracked Pepper Restaurant's new elegant dining room can seat up to one hundred in air conditioned comfort. Either large round or straight tables can be arranged to suit the occasion. Assistance with them can also be organized. Menus are developed on a personal basis with each client. For more information please email us. Your wedding day is something special. Therefore your reception should be equally special in terms of setting, service and food.
