The Resort has no room tax, however we do have a $15 resort fee, which covers the following amenities: In-room WiFi Self or valet parking In-room gourmet coffee In-room safe Access to fitness facilities Unlimited local calls
Cancellation Policy
Individual cancellation is 72-hours. Group Cancellation Clause: "In the event you cancel this Contract prior to the initial arrival date of your Group, the Resort will necessarily incur damages including, for example, having to turn away other groups or guestroom reservations, the ancillary revenue associated with each guestroom, meetings or functions, including the additional food and beverage revenue generated for the Resort. "Under the terms of this Contract, the Resort is reserving the room block and meeting and/or exhibit space requirements described herein for your use. In the event these reserved facilities and related services are not used by you, the Resort will experience significant financial losses. "Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Contract, neither party shall have the right to terminate this Contract except as otherwise provided in this Contract. Payment is due 30 days from date of Resort invoice." Within 30 days of arrival 100% Within 60 days of arrival 75% Within 90 days of arrival 50% Outside 90 days of arrival 25% Attrition Policy: "This contract is based on your use of XX (XX) room nights, as defined as above. However, upon your written request to be made at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will allow a one-time reduction of ten percent (10%) of the room block without penalty. Attrition greater than ten percent (10%) will result in payment from your organization for each unused room night plus $15.00 resort fee, below the allowed reduction at the confirmed average rate for your committed room block. Such charge will be added to and payable as part of your master account. "Any change to your room block must be acknowledged in writing by the Resort’s Sales Representative, and in the absence of such written request or acknowledgement, no room block attrition will be allowed. "If the Group Room Block pickup falls short of the allowed reductions, Resort agrees to use reasonable efforts to resell the Group rooms, for which the above-referenced attrition damages will apply, and credit the revenue against the Resort’s damages set forth above, in an amount not to exceed the full amount of such damages, only in instances of 100% occupancy."
