Since 1981, Blue Note has been a cultural institution in New York City and one of the premiere jazz clubs in the world. Owner and founder Danny Bensusan had a vision to create a jazz club in Greenwich Village that would treat deserving artists with respect, while allowing patrons to see the world’s finest jazz musicians in a close, comfortable setting. Culinary Crafts is a full-service, off-premise catering company. We have been catering for over 40 years in Utah. We travel as far south as Las Vegas and as far north as Jackson Hole, but the bulk of our work is along the Wasatch Front in Utah. With a focus on seasonal and local, our style is Utah Mountain elevated. We love high end food and service, but our style of hospitality is casual and easy going, not pretentious or fussy.
