We are a privately owned hotel in Inverness which comprises of two river side properties located on the beautiful banks of the River Ness in the heart of Inverness, the capital City of the Highlands. The Waterside can comfortably seat 120 day guests plus an additional 40 evening and for those needing overnight accommodation, preferential rates are available for our 35 en suite bedrooms. The Waterside Hotel is one of the best located venues in Inverness, offering flexible meeting and dining rooms accommodating from 2 to 150 guests.
