Istanbul Congress Center (ICC), was built by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in September 2009. The Congress Center is a seven floor facility which covers 119,500 m2. It is being managed by Rixos since 2010. Istanbul Congress Center is available to host international congresses, conferences, symposiums, company meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, concerts, musical/ theatrical premiers as well as all kinds of social, cultural and professional meetings. Istanbul Congress Center – Auditorium: One of the most important parts of the main building is the auditorium with a capacity of 3700 guests. It has three entrances located in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th basement floors. ICC – Auditorium provides many choices for event organizations such as simultaneous translation rooms, theatre or other room styles. Adjustments can be made to accommodate different number of participants. Besides auditorium has three foyers which may be used as the entrance hall in large scale organizations. Foyers may also be used as an as an extra space for exhibitions cocktails, coffee breaks. Together with 24 simultaneous translation rooms, horizontally adjustable flexible structural design and multipurpose stage with hydraulic lift render let the auditorium to be used as a useful and functional space for all kinds of organizations. Other important parts of the main building are meeting rooms ranging from 600 m2 to 1310 m2. Rooms can be divided by sound proof acoustic walls in order to create 9 rooms suitable for meetings of different capacity. Each room has its own translation and sound control areas. Multipurpose areas, cocktail and banquet areas are located in the 1st and 2nd basement floor of the main building. They can be used for large scale organizations or as an extra space for exhibitions and banquets. In addition, entrance and terrace area with a 6,000 m2 of space are perfect match for gala dinners or cocktails which is a wonderful alternative for organizations to welcome guests to ICC. On the 3rd floor of the main building, there are 174 rooms ranging from 10 m2 to 180 m2 that can be used for multi-purpose workshops. Fair and exhibition halls are located on the 4th (4.276 m2) and 5th (11.817m2) basement floors. These halls are perfectly suitable spaces for exhibitions and fairs. Istanbul Congress Center conference rooms are equipped with latest technology and there is a professional team with the ability to meet all needs of any organizations. ICC is proud to provide visitors an excellent quality and customer service. Located on the 6th and 7th basement floors, there is a parking lot with a capacity of 850 vehicles.

Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin has officiated weddings and emceed events, bringing a unique blend of talent and personality. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
