Cancellation Policy
If the total reservation is cancelled within 150 days prior to group arrival, The Client shall pay a cancellation penalty to be calculated on the following scale: - Cancellation 120 – 149 days in advance – 10% of the contract value paid as cancellation fee; - Cancellations 90 – 119 days in advance – 20% of the contract value paid as cancellation fee; - Cancellation 60 – 89 days in advance – 30% of the contract value paid as cancellation fee; - Cancellation 20 – 59 days in advance – 60% of the contract value paid as cancellation fee; - Cancellations 0 – 19 days in advance – 100% of the contract value paid as cancellation fee; II- Partial Cancellation: - Cancellation of rooms and/or catering 16 – 29 days in advance: 30% of the total number of rooms and/or catering can be cancelled without any charge; for cancellations exceeding 30%, there will be 100% charge. - Cancellation of rooms and/or catering 4 – 15 days in advance: 10% of the total number of rooms and/or catering can be cancelled without any charge; for cancellations exceeding 10%, there will be 100% charge. - Cancellation of rooms and/or catering 0 – 3 days in advance: 100 % charge
