Abdulaziz, als Haus genutzt. Nach Kececizade Fuat Pasha wurde Yali noch einige Zeit als Haus genutzt. Es wurde in republikanischer Zeit restauriert und ab den 1930er Jahren als Hotel und Gästehaus genutzt. Das Hotel bietet 56 Gästezimmer für die Besucher. Das Hotel bietet 3 Tagungsräume, die sich für Tagungen, Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen eignen.
