Het Sultanahmet Palace Hotel ligt direct achter de Blauwe Moskee en tegenover het Mozaïekmuseum. Het ligt op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in de oude stad (wijk Sultanahmet). Sultan's restaurant is het hoofdrestaurant van Sultanahmet Palace Hotel met een capaciteit van 70 personen.
