L'Hotel Valentino è un albergo a quattro stelle, completamente ristrutturato nel 2005 e situato nella centralissima Via Mazzini. L'edificio è un edificio storico progettato dall'architetto razionalista di fama internazionale Mario Ridolfi. L'Hotel Valentino offre 54 camere doppie, 2 suite e 4 junior suite, tutte arredate in stile contemporaneo e dotate delle più moderne tecnologie. Il Ristorante Fontanella, situato all'interno dell'Hotel, è un punto d'incontro speciale per i nostri ospiti, sia per pranzi di lavoro che per pasti conviviali. L'hotel dispone di 3 sale riunioni con una capacità massima di 260 posti per riunioni di lavoro e conferenze.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
