Situato nello storico New York Life Insurance Building originariamente costruito nel 1894, il Kimpton Gray Hotel prende il nome dal marmo Georgia Grey che ha conferito alla struttura un senso di raffinatezza per oltre un secolo. L'architettura decorata all'esterno in granito e nella hall, con lampadari Art Déco, è giustapposta a camere in stile contemporaneo con arredi raffinati. L'offerta gastronomica include: La Bella al primo piano che serve colazione, pranzo e cena. Il Vol. 39 al secondo piano è un salotto intimo con carrelli dorati con caviale, cocktail classici e una ricca lista di vini. Boleo al quindicesimo piano è una lounge all'ultimo piano dell'hotel con vista sul cielo della città e un tetto retrattile per divertirsi tutto l'anno.
