Talking of restaurant gives us a picture of a brightly lit, air-conditioned hall, with music playing in the background, and waiters waiting on us to jot down our choice from the menu. Can you imagine a place where there are no close rooms or halls, lanterns instead of heavy lights, natural air replacing the air-conditioning, folk songs sung with no mike, muddy lanes, home-like food served on a leaf, and everything around resembling a typical Indian village. Another distinguishing characteristic of the place is that you decide the menu, and pay the bill at the reception itself. This is so, since deciding menu before setting onto having food consumes relaxation time. Paying the bill early, frees the mind from bill.
