Check in Age: 21 years or older (18 years or older with valid Military ID). Pet Policy: Service animals and Emotional Support Animals ("Assistance Animals") are welcome at all of our properties and must be declared at check-in. Pets are also permitted however there may be an associated charge. Please inquire by calling or visiting the Property. Deposit Policy: Deposit required at check-in for all guests (whether paying with credit card or cash). Deposit for daily guests is $50. Deposit for weekly or monthly guests is $100. Contact the hotel for more information. Special Policy: Housekeeping is limited to guests staying 7 or more nights but is available to all guests at an additional charge.
