Frutta e verdura provengono dalla vicina azienda agricola biologica della famiglia Batani e conferiscono a ogni creazione culinaria dello Chef un gusto genuino e salutare. Gli amanti del pesce apprezzeranno invece le numerose proposte rubate alla tradizione culinaria dei marinai. Per i gruppi, lo Chef dell'Hotel Miramonti ha preparato proposte speciali con menù ad hoc per pranzi di lavoro, banchetti o cene di gala in un ambiente confortevole e invitante.
