Close to the NEC, ICC, Utilita Arena, Resorts World Arena, Custard Factory, Eastside Rooms, Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Symphony Hall, Aston Villa Football Club we are the perfect venue for groups attending events at these venues Our Hotel offers modern, comfortable and luxurious surroundings with a full refurbishment of public areas and 44 bedroom extension completed in 2020. Whether your visit to the city is for business or pleasure. The hotel offers 218 exquisite guest rooms & luxury suites with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The hotel has 10 meeting rooms on our conference floor and ground floor holding a maximum 140 guests. Our conference rooms are all equipped with Projectors/screens, Built in AV and plenty of natural Daylight

Our dedicated conference floor designed for special events and business use. A business lounge is available for delegates to enjoy unlimited refreshments and lounge area. 10 meeting rooms can be found on the floor ranging from 5 boardrooms to 2 large conference rooms taking up to 140 theatre style, 70 cabaret or 100 banquet, our 2 large rooms divide into 2 which gives a really flexible space to hold multiple events or flexible for breakout/syndicate spaces We also have a meeting room located on the ground floor which can accommodate upto 60 delegates. We also have our Ezra suite located on the ground floor which can accommodate up to 40 delegates.

Yes, Remove plastic straws, remove coasters with plastic backing/replace with paper. Remove small toiletry bottles/soaps & use large refillable bottles. Guest Laundry bags made from corn starch & are bio degradable.

Yes, Dalata ensures that when negotiating with utility providers, that only green certified electricity is purchased. Hotels in UK, NI and ROI are currently being supplied with 100% green electricity.
