The South Durham Enterprise Agency is the result of a merger between the Enterprise Agency for Wear Valley & Teesdale (TEAWVT) and SASDA (Sedgefield and Shildon Development Agency) on 1st July 2010. The Enterprise Agency operates across Sedgefield, Wear Valley and Teesdale with offices and staff based in and focused on each of these local areas. It is an award-winning economic development agency and is independent and not for profit. It offers a fully equipped training facility for hire within Innovation House. With modern furniture and spacious surroundings, the Conference Room is the ideal venue for your training event, seminar or meeting. Other meeting and break-out room facilities are also available. The Conference Room is conducive to good business, engaging events and successful seminars. Created to provide a unique business training environment servicing the Durham Dales, this centre is fully equipped with the latest technology and quality furnishings.
