Arising from the mediaeval village of only three inhabitants, it was entirely revamped in 2019 with 26 rooms, suites and villas. Deeply rooted in local heritage and tradition, San Canzian was entirely revamped as a boutique haven with authentic Istrian flair. Twenty-six rooms, suites and villas are individually styled and inspired by the aesthetics of an old stone-built Istrian village. Spanning across lavishing 36,000 square meters, the new extension of the hotel will be introduced in 2026.
