The hotel offers three pools, 40,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, six food and beverage outlets, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by golf architect Keith Foster. A 150-slip marina which also offers canoe, kayak rentals and tours, and fishing expeditions to name a few. An 18,000 square foot Sago Spa and Salon. Putt-putt golf, children's recreation center, 18-acre Blue Heron Rookery and Pet friendly. Come create memories you will cherish forever. The Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center opened to the public in March 2017 in Church Creek on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Harriet Tubman, who grew up in slavery in Dorchester County, lived, worked, and worshipped in places near the visitor center. It’s from this area that she first escaped slavery, and where she returned about 13 times over a decade, risking her life time and again to lead some 70 friends and family members to freedom. To carry out the dangerous missions, she used the Underground Railroad, a secret network of places and people.
