Belconnen Arts Centre opened in 2009 with the objective of being the centre of arts and cultural activity in Belconnen. BAC is a small team of staff supported by a number of wonderful volunteers who together present a broad program of events to engage the community, in Belconnen and beyond! The Centre hosts a program of outstanding events including exhibitions, creative workshops, dance, concert, markets and festivals. The purpose built spaces within Belconnen Arts Centre are available for both regular and occasional hire. The two Creative Workshops are suitable for large art and craft classes, and we offer three Creative Studios for artists to utilize in administration and the creation of new works. The Meeting Room and Arts Lounge are ideal spaces if you are hosting a seminar or corporate presentation in the heart of Belconnen and the Dance Studio is available for dance and movement classes.
