Reservation of Sea Oats is always an exclusive reservation of the entire estate and includes use of the main house and guest house, heated swimming pool, on-site tennis/basketball court, private dock overlooking Buck Key Preserve and Pine Island Sound, access to our Gulf of Mexico beach and use of Sea Oats 6-passenger concierge golf cart. Sea Oats offers concierge services in reserving group activities, grocery shopping service, the option to add housekeeping services, hire a personal chef, rent watersports equipment and more.
