L'Hotel Trieste si trova a 200 metri dal mare e a soli 100 metri dal viale principale, una posizione tranquilla ma comoda. Una delle caratteristiche dell'hotel è l'ampio giardino con vecchi tigli e pini e un parco giochi per bambini sicuro e moderno. Fresco e ombreggiato, è il luogo ideale per leggere e rilassarsi. L'hotel è gestito personalmente dai proprietari, la famiglia Barbieri, la cui esperienza si rivela soprattutto nella cucina, che offre specialità romagnole fatte in casa. I frutti di mare sono proposti anche nel menù giornaliero, con la zuppa di pesce «alla triestina» e il delizioso mix di pesce fritto tra i preferiti. Sono inoltre disponibili un servizio a buffet a colazione e buffet di insalate ai pasti principali. L'Hotel Trieste dispone di camere fresche e spaziose con servizi privati con doccia e telefono con linea diretta, alcune anche con aria condizionata. Inoltre, vi è una grande sala da pranzo con aria condizionata e un moderno salone con bar. L'hotel è particolarmente adatto a famiglie con bambini, anche neonati, in quanto può preparare su richiesta menù personalizzati in base all'età e alle diete speciali consigliate. Mobili speciali per bambini sono disponibili nella sala da pranzo e nelle camere su richiesta. Inoltre, su richiesta, gli appartamenti sono disponibili all'esterno del parco dell'hotel. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
