We have already switched over 70 products from single-use plastic to recyclable or compostable materials, with a view to increase this further. Energy 100% of the electricity we consume is sourced from renewable energy. The majority of our hotels have a combined heat & power (CHP) production unit which reduces emissions by up to 30% and is recognised by the government as an energy efficient device. Over 50% of the light fittings we use are LED, with the continued rollout focussing on car parks and lobbies where lights can burn resource for many hours. Travel 75% of our monthly business reviews now take place online. We also conduct screening interviews virtually and communicate without travel whenever possible. Partners We undertake rigorous assessments of existing and proposed partners, auditing modern slavery, WTD and fair pay, environmental credentials and DDA compliance.
