Il Grand Hotel Excelsior, costruito nello stile Liberty originale, è stato ampliato per la prima volta negli anni '60. Da allora è stato continuamente modernizzato fino a poco tempo fa, quando è stato sottoposto a una completa ristrutturazione per portarlo ai più alti standard di qualità di un hotel di lusso. L'hotel dispone di 72 camere, suddivise in base alle loro caratteristiche e caratteristiche nelle seguenti categorie: economy, standard, superior, junior suite e suite, con camere comunicanti disponibili per famiglie. Nel corso degli anni, il Centro Conferenze dell'Hotel ha ospitato numerosi relatori illustri ed è stato teatro di diversi importanti incontri politici, sociali e legati all'arte, di rilievo nazionale e internazionale. Oltre alla sala «Lorenzo il Magnifico», il Centro Conferenze Excelsior è composto da altre 7 sale più piccole che possono ospitare da 30 a 180 persone. Ogni sala ha il suo accesso indipendente per garantire che gli eventi possano essere autonomi. L'hotel si affaccia su Piazza Italia, la piazza principale e la zona commerciale centrale di Chianciano Terme. Questa posizione privilegiata è appena sopra Viale della Liberta, una delle strade più vivaci di Chianciano, piena di negozi e bar.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
