Senate Room

Suspended over the Exhibit Hall pre-function area with a great view out to the Colonial Life Arena, this room is about 1,100 square feet, able to be subdivided into two nearly equal spaces. It features windows on three sides offering great natural light, two 70” LED screens, wireless AV connectivity, audioconferencing, and Apple TV. Automatic shades are available to allow for room darkening for AV and privacy needs. This space is perfect for small breakouts for up to 86, VIP room(s) or conference office(s).
