Yes, All plastic bottled water in rooms replaced with glass bottles, all plastic straws replaced with biodegradable straws, all single use plastic amenities in bedrooms replaced with refillable units

Are specific cleaning/disinfection routines in place for pillows, duvets and their covers, headboard, bathrobe etc.? If yes, please describe.

Yes, P20 ecolab disinfection is used, Rooms are ventilated pre and during cleaning. over 2 hrs to clean all rooms. all unnecessary marketing material etc is gone from rooms.
