In the event you need to cancel or postpone your event more than 60 days prior to your reservation date Accasia’s Event Venue will honor your deposits for space rentals as a credit to be used within 1 year from the date of your current reservation based on availability. Client will not be able to downgrade reservation. If you cancel/postpone 60 days or less before the reservation date you will forfeit all your deposit.
