After signing the contract a free cancellation is not possible. Depends on season and needs we will have a range of different reductions close to the arrival date. We need the definitive number of participants at least 10 days before arrival. Cancellation of the hotel rooms: In case of cancellations we will charge 90% of the agreed room rate.
