L'attrazione principale della riva del lago è il getto d'acqua, che abbaglia i visitatori mentre spara 140 metri nel cielo. Inverno: aperto dalle 10 alle 16 Storia: Come la maggior parte delle grandi invenzioni, il Jet d'eau è stato effettivamente creato per caso. Quando le macchine idrauliche artigianali di Ginevra hanno smesso di essere utilizzate, una valvola progettata per alleviare la sovrapressione lasciando fuoriuscire l'acqua ha creato un getto di 30 metri verso il cielo. Nel 1891, il Comune di Ginevra decise di trasformare il getto d'acqua in un'attrazione turistica e lo spostò alla fine del molo nel porto di Eaux-Vives. Collegato alla rete di acqua potabile, è nato il 2° getto d'acqua: salire a 90 m. Nel 1951, nuovi acquedotti costruiti per utilizzare il lago permisero al getto di raggiungere i 140 m.

Creato nel 1955, l'orologio floreale è conosciuto in tutto il mondo e recentemente rinnovato a maggio 2017. Gli esperti di mosaici di Ginevra hanno impiantato con cura 12000 piante per un nuovo concetto di composizione floreale. Il sistema di irrigazione è fondamentale per il mantenimento delle condizioni dei fiori insieme alla loro esposizione al sole. Nuove mani (con un design elegante vicino a quello originale) sono state prodotte e generosamente offerte alla città dalla ditta Patek Philippe. La lancetta dei secondi, che segna i secondi, lunga 2,5 metri, è probabilmente la più grande del mondo. L'orologio ha un'impostazione elettronica dell'ora via satellite.
