Yes, In F&B Department, limit plastic to be used. For instance, changed plastic water bottle with glass recycleble bottles.

Yes, We use Aqueous Ozone Lotus Pro as the all area cleaning system which kills 99.9% of all bacteria . Rooms, including soft furnishings, duvets, pillows, headboards, vents and all touchpoints are cleaned using this system across EMEA.
